Where are you located?
We do not have a brick-and-mortar store, but we do have a mighty fine traveling booth! Come say hi! Event information can be found on our Blog.
How are your clothes made?
Sakkara Clothing is produced 100% designed and produced in small batches at our private studio in Everett, WA, USA. We also work with various independent contractors in the Pacific Northwest.
Where do your materials come from?
Our materials are imported from China and North Korea by North American companies.

How do the styles fit?
Please refer to each product listing for fitting advice, then use in combination with our Size Chart.
How do I take care of my Sakkara Clothing?
Everything is hand or machine washable. We recommend using delicate cycle and gentle soap. Hang dry or tumble dry low.
Please also refer to the garment tag sewn into each item for specific care instructions.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ShopPay, GooglePay, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. E-checks and cash payments are possible through PayPal and Amazon Pay.
What shipping carriers do you use?
All U.S.A. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail to verified street addresses. All special promotions, PO Box deliveries, and shipments to our friends in Alaska and Hawaii are also sent via USPS. If you need a package delivered to an APO address, please contact us to place your order.
All international orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail.
Will I have to pay taxes and/or duties on my international order?
Prior to ordering, it is recommended that you check with your country's customs office in regards to possible customs fees that may apply. Sakkara Clothing is not responsible for any additional fees applied to your purchase after shipping.
When will my order ship?
In-stock items ship within 5-7 business days. Made to order items ship within 7-14 business days. We do not accept rush requests. Orders received on a weekend are processed on Mondays.
When will I receive my order?
A tracking number will be emailed when your order is processed, usually 1-2 business days after ordering.
What do I do if I never received my order?
This is a rare occurrence, but here are a few points to help you:
- Locate your tracking number email and see if your order is in transit
- If you live in a multi-unit building, check to see if a front desk manager is holding your package or if there was a missed delivery to your unit
- Email email@example.com and we'll help you track it
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Easy! Email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what you're thinking.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Returns and exchanges of full price items are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
