Refunds, Returns and Exchanges:

We feel confident that you will love your Sakkara Clothing. We take pride in producing apparel of the highest quality materials and construction. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days from date of purchase for exchange or refund.

Your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn
  • Unaltered
  • Odor and stain-free
  • With original tags

Sale items are FINAL SALE. NO returns or exchanges! 

Include the Returns & Exchanges postcard with your shipment. If applicable, return shipping will be billed by Square or PayPal invoice and must be paid in full before we ship your exchange. Refunds will be granted when the shipment is received. 

Prior to ordering, it is recommended that you check with your country's customs office in regards to possible customs fees that may apply. Sakkara Clothing is not responsible for any additional fees applied to your purchase after shipping. We are not able to claim your purchase as a "gift" when shipping to a country outside of the United States. 

Shipping fees previously paid by the customer for past orders are not refundable. 

Shipping Info:

All U.S.A. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail to verified street addresses. All special promotions, PO Box deliveries, and shipments to our friends in Alaska and Hawaii are also sent via USPS. If you need a package delivered to an APO address, please contact us to place your order. 

All international orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail.

Customs:

Prior to ordering, it is recommended that you check with your country's customs office in regards to possible customs fees that may apply. Sakkara Clothing is not responsible for any additional fees applied to your purchase after shipping.

Terms of Service:

We reserve the right to refuse service to buyers with non-verified shipping addresses or incomplete/incorrect payment and/or buyer information.
